Open Access is available to everyone and provides individuals requesting new services immediate access to a wide variety of behavioral health and substance abuse services.
In most cases, a behavioral health professional will provide a same-day assessment to quickly match the individual with services and the assistance they need.

Research shows that the longer a person waits between seeking care and actually receiving the services, the more likely they are to not show up for an appointment. Open access to care will ensure that individuals get help when they need it. Research has also shown that offering same-day access will reduce no-shows, improve access, increase capacity, and improve client follow through and adherence to treatment.

Most newly enrolled individuals will transition to one of our many therapy groups offered. Most often, our Psychoeducation group which focuses on learning and identifying coping skills; and reducing symptoms.
